Pre-Licensed Supervision

Clinical Supervision provided to Pre-Licensed practitioners, supporting the beginning of one's private, clinical practice and business ownership, with guidance that elicits the clinician's internal wisdom and strength as a directional source. Offering Generalized Supervision, covering a variety of evidence-based practices and modalities, with the flexibility of individual practitioners leading their experience with their modalities of interest. In addition, the use of Somatic Theory and technique, Neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems or Parts Work informed clinical approach. Combined with the development of a successful psychotherapy business, with the option of an entrepreneurial focus.

Combining the introduction of embodied, neuroscience based, informed treatment, with the practical structure and building blocks of establishing and maintaining a private practice. Progressing foundational modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with an understanding of modern science. Clearly defined and research based documentation and billing protocol, as well as ethical practice, both moral and liability considerations. Taking BCBS, Medicaid, MVP, and CIGNA. Practice templates, a thorough supervision manual, and documentation guidelines offered to support and provide best practice. Supervision modalities include analytic understandings, as well as experiential and present moment learning, again at the flexibility and interest of the individual clinician. Mindful study, self exploration and resourcing of our own system as clinicians. Supervision is provided individually, as well as in small groups.

Licensed Supervision & Consultation

Individual and Group Supervision and Consultation is provided to licensed psychotherapists seeking support to explore progressive modalities of psychotherapy. Conceptual and experiential learning of somatic, mindfulness directed psychotherapy, and parts work. Including, nervous system functioning, Polyvagal theory, working in the present moment, state specific memory, core organizers of experience, tracking and contacting somatic indicators, reintegration of parts, child and protective states, adaptive responses, and the resourced adult self, as well as the importance of working relationally. Emphasis on self exploration as a clinician and gaining deeper insight through mindful study of how our own system exists in our clinical work.

Small groups that lend to an individualized, fully supportive environment, balancing an interactive and guiding, held space. Buddhist Psychology influenced supervision; mindfulness based, present moment case study presentation and exploration. Analytic understanding of various current and experiential modalities, coupled with practice in an experiential learning model. Combined with progressing traditional, evidence based modalities. Feminist, inclusive and collaborative framework.

Sensorimotor Consultation

Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, Certified Sensorimotor Consultant, providing both Individual and Group Consultation to Sensorimotor students at Levels I, II, and the Certification Level, both domestically and internationally. Alumni volunteer assistant at the Trauma, Developmental/Attachment, and Certification levels of SP training. Exploring the somatic neuroscience, developmental concepts, as well as the relational and experiential modalities embodied in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Enlivened by both an analytic understanding of the modality as well as the experiential healing from the development of presence of self and the relational space between. Inspired to share both a conceptual and experiential understanding of SP, particularly the ability of the body to process trauma, the natural caretaking for child states, and adaptive strategy study. Mindful study, self exploration and resourcing through a Sensorimotor lens of our own system as clinicians. Also offering introductory Sensorimotor Psychotherapy presentations to organizations curious about the modality.

Psychotherapy

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems informed, and EMDR, provided to adults: individuals, couples, and groups. Bringing warmth and compassion to the exploration of one’s internal landscape, at a safe pace. Studying how experiences shape our beliefs about ourselves and the world, how those beliefs exist in our bodies and nervous system, and lend to how we move through the world, our relationship with ourself and others. Reintegration of our internal system, the understanding of protective parts of our system, the caring for inner child states, relating to parts from the resourced adult. And the accessing of deeper states of support and adaptive responses that occur naturally and innately. Generalized practice, in addition to specializing in trauma, attachment and developmental injury, post traumatic stress disorder, relational health, sexuality, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and life transitions.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy explores authentic connection through an Internal Family Systems informed modality, as well as Somatic and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy methods, focusing on a deeper connection to oneself and one's partner, developing healthy communication, functionality, sexuality, deeper intimacy, relational and family life health.

Approach is holistic, incorporating both cognitive and experiential study of relational and attachment, family of origin patterning. Lending to an expanded affinity with one’s internal experience, including one’s parts, somatic experience, and nervous system responses in relationship. As well as, understanding one’s partner through both a cognitive and felt experience lens. Couples Therapy focuses on the deeper patterning and dynamics in our intimate relationships, in addition to supporting current challenges, utilizing foundational, evidence based skills and techniques.
