“I’ve been able to shift patterns I’ve previously felt stuck in and create changes I didn’t know were possible. My work with Heather has been one of the most effective therapeutic experiences I’ve had, while also being fun and filled with laughter due to her balance between authentic connection and clinical expertise. As a therapist myself, she models an approach that I aspire towards. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

Approach

Whether you’re seeking personal growth and healing or you’re a clinician looking to deepen your development, the process begins with gentle curiosity toward internal and embodied experience. This creates space for greater clarity, compassion, authentic expression, and more intentional ways of relating to yourself, others, and the wider world.

This approach supports integration through nervous system regulation and processing, greater awareness of the internal patterns that shape experience, and compassionate attention to developmental and younger states. It draws from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Polyvagal-informed practice, and somatic and experiential approaches, with an orientation grounded in mindfulness, Buddhist Psychology, and Feminist Psychology.
