    Somatic Coaching

“I’ve been able to shift patterns I’ve previously felt stuck in and create changes I didn’t know were possible. My work with Heather has been one of the most effective therapeutic experiences I’ve had, while also being fun and filled with laughter due to her balance between authentic connection and clinical expertise. As a therapist myself, she models an approach that I aspire towards. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

Approach

The development of a gentle curiosity toward one’s internal and somatic experience forms the foundation for greater clarity, compassion, and authentic expression. This whole-person, contemplative relationship supports more connected and intentional ways of relating to oneself, others, and the broader world. Healing is supported through nervous system reprocessing, parts reintegration, and the thoughtful care of developmental and child states. This work integrates Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic, experiential approaches, informed by Buddhist and Feminist psychology.
