Compassionate Integration of Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Approach
The development of a gentle curiosity of one's internal and somatic experience becomes the basis for compassion and authentic expression. This contemplative, whole body relationship with Self, can then expand, with clarity and grace, the way in which we connect and relate to others and the broader world. Healing through nervous system reprocessing, parts reintegration, and insightful care of the embodied child state. Integrating Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, Somatic and Experiential modalities, through the lens of Buddhist and Feminist Psychology.
